What are the delivery charges for mattresses orders?

All Hero Bed Mattresses are delivered 100% free to U.S. Addresses. For International orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery of mattresses depends on location, but orders placed on weekdays before 12PM MST generally ship same-day. Transit time varies but you can expect delivery about a week from the time you place your order.

How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?

Hero Bed uses industry-leading security on our site and through our Payment Processor. As long as you’re on a secure network, placing your order online may actually be safer than placing it in-person.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order, your products are packaged in our warehouse, labeled, and placed with our carriers to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Depending on your location, you can expect your Hero Bed to arrive within 3-7 business days via FedEx. 

Will you set up my bed when it's delivered?

Unfortunately our carriers don’t allow employees to enter homes or handle products above and beyond delivery.

Note that your high-quality mattress will be heavy and you will need two or more people to help you place and arrange it once it’s been delivered—so get to know your neighbor, or be sure to ask a friend for some help. They’ll probably want to hear all about your new Hero!

What if I don't love my Hero?

First of all, give yourself some time. All mattresses (and bodies that sleep on them) have an adjustment period, and that’s why we give you 180 nights to try. If you’ve been sleeping on your Hero for 30+ nights, your body’s probably had the time it needs to adjust, and in that case—we’re sorry you didn’t fall in love!

Simply send an email to returns@herobed.com before your 180 day trial is up. Please include your invoice number and the best phone number to reach you at. We’ll contact you about setting up your return and refund.
